Change Versus Expectancy

If you want to get technical, change and expectancy aren’t the same thing. They just aren’t. However, neither are they mutually exclusive.

The desire to change doesn’t always yield and expectancy.

Conversely, expectancy doesn’t always yield change.

Here is what I mean.
