September 2018 will be a triggering month here at The Ideal Firestarter. The topics for the next 30 days will run the gamut from sex, the #MeToo movement, and the sexualizing of little girls.
There have been articles and stories I have passed on waiting to weigh in until September. I have decided this month to lean into this conversation, because it is time. As a mother, as a wife, a writer and activist–it’s just time.
